Greener Ethiopia successfully organized a healthcare awareness training focusing on Cervical Cancer and Breast Cancer prevention and early detection for members of the Addis Ababa City Administration Women’s Rehabilitation and Skill Development Center.

The training aimed to increase community understanding of risk factors, symptoms, preventive measures, screening services, and the importance of early diagnosis in improving health outcomes for women.

Health professionals and facilitators provided participants with practical information on healthy lifestyles, self-examination practices, available screening services, and methods for reducing the burden of these diseases within communities.

The interactive sessions encouraged open discussions and enabled participants to ask questions and share experiences related to women’s health challenges and access to healthcare services.

Through this initiative, Greener Ethiopia continues its commitment to promoting community health, empowering women, and supporting preventative healthcare education at the grassroots level.
